Our standard business hours are:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PMWe make arrangements for organizations enrolled in our managed services program, for critical after-hours situations.

Most of our partnerships are structured as three-year agreements.
This allows us to plan improvements and maintain systems responsibly over time. Agreements also include a 90-day cancellation provision if circumstances change.
