With over 20 years of hands-on experience in technology, my work began early and grew naturally into a career focused on helping small businesses succeed through practical, reliable IT solutions. What started as curiosity in grade school eventually became a business rooted in problem-solving, long-term thinking, and building systems that actually work for people. I focus on designing and implementing technology that is affordable, effective, and aligned with how organizations truly operate day to day.

What I Do For Fun

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, working on home projects, and exploring Vermont whenever I can. I also enjoy learning, planning, and building new ideas — whether that’s refining a process, improving a system, or thinking about what’s next for the business.

With an academic background in innovation, entrepreneurship, and service, I bring a systems-oriented and solutions-focused approach to supporting teams and clients. I have a strong interest in technology and a passion for creating structure, clarity, and efficiency in fast-moving environments. I’m naturally detail-oriented and love improving systems and processes so things run more smoothly. Whether it’s supporting leadership, managing service workflows, or making sure nothing falls through the cracks, I care about creating clarity and making everyday work easier for everyone involved.

What I Do For Fun

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my toddler and husband. I enjoy family life and being present for the little moments. I’ve also started several online projects over the years and enjoy building new ideas and finding better ways to serve people.

I came from the H.V.A.C Control System world. In this field I was exposed to a unique field of technology. I then used this working knowledge and applied it to this field, focusing on Technology for Businesses. For the last 15+ years I have been involved supporting technology for small businesses. I do enjoy working in the technology field, but I think I enjoy more working with people and helping businesses reach their goals.

When we work and support businesses, I enjoy being a part of their team. Sometimes tech can be overwhelming to business owners and staff. I enjoy trying to simplify and leverage tech to benefit the business which will also benefit their clients.

What I Do For Fun

I have lived in Vermont my whole life. I have always enjoyed the changing seasons, yes even winter and snow! I really enjoy outside activities that the changing seasons bring, biking, paddle boarding, snowshoeing to name a few.

With over 2 decades of experience in IT support and development, I moved to the Burlington area in 2018 to bring my broad set of technology skills to the people and businesses of Vermont. I bring to the Rural Solutions team a wide array of experience, including technical support and IT infrastructure management, project management, end user support, business strategy and long-term planning.

What I Do For Fun

I love adventuring in the rural and undeveloped parts of our beautiful state. From country fairs, harvest festivals and sugarhouses to camping, hiking, boating and swimming, Vermont never ceases to bring me and my family joy and satisfaction.
